Woah - when I get a migraine I usually retreat to the bathroom, it’s cold and quiet. In this case it would be the bathroom that’s caused the migraine! Haha. Looks like a beautiful area though.

Got to the bathroom photo and automatically said "oh f**k" out loud.

Unfortunately I'm at school pick up...

Steps on the bath is more of a no from me - slipping hazard written all over it. Shame they didn't photograph the "cellar entrance" though. I want to see what that looks like! Love the house overall so I guess I can redo the bathroom 🤷‍♀️

I'd love to live in Malmsbury, and I love the front of the house (minus the security door, soon fix that), but beyond that ... I'd have to do a complete refit.

I love it, I love all of it. I want that house. And 5 cats to share it with.

Actually I don't hate the bathroom, but it's a very definite statement. My two absolute changes would be new bench tops in the kitchen and vinyl boards over those mottled tiles in the family room and kitchen. Those floor tiles are a sibling to the bricks that make me think a house has some kind of skin condition.

What about the bathroom in this?

ETA the bathroom isn’t the only questionable decor in this house!

What are people thinking when they make these design choices???

That makes the first bathroom look restrained.  I didn' tmind a tiny bit of the silvery entrance but all those statues, looks like white witch had gone on a rampage in Narnia and some like like in doctor Who with people trapped in walls trying to get out.

You'd be walking into them all the time.

And the kitchen is just horrible 70s.

OK, not saying I like it or anything, but I gotta admire their commitment to each theme.  The stand up Elvis won me over.  🤣

I ACTUALLY SCREAMED WITH DELIGHT AT THE KITCHEN! (Because it was so completely unexpected, not delight because I like it).

EB wacky house threads are my life. I love them so much.

The wallpaper in that first bathroom was actually lovely. If it had been on only one wall.

The fact it’s on the walls and the ceiling makes it all a bit much!
