Hi everyone!!

 

What are you all eating at work for lunches and snacks?

 

Any ideas for meals to cook and freeze?

 

Trying to be healthy most of the time!

Nutty nut

Carbs, carbs and more carbs. Random stuff like raw carrots, but not cooked, cucumber, peas, tinned corn straight from the tin. Too much chocolate. Ice. Citrus. Meat pies, with lots of sauce. Diced peaches. Rice crackers, chips, barbecue shapes. Pizza muffins. A packet of liquorice. Salad sandwich with Beetroot. Bacon and baked beans. Stir fry. Tinned spaghetti, cold from the tin. Tomato soup.

 

This first trimester has been full of nausea, food aversions and cravings. My diet has been... mixed! Work is killing me, if I actually manage to bring something for lunch I just can't face it, and the food choices to buy are either junk or not perfectly within the safe food guidelines

 

Next trimester I'll be good!
