Gold!

Woot! Haven't had one in yonks! U/s all good despite a greater than normal number of follicles on my ovaries and some reduced mobility (? no idea what that's about).

Back to the GP on Monday for blood work results and to chase up the FS referral.

How is everyone else going?

Do I say silver here??

All the best for your visit on Monday MagsJee!

How is everyone else going? Hopefully everyone has good news :D

No news on my end, started taking virtex this month and according to OPKs I didn't ovulate or even get near there! (I normally have a fade in pattern) so I am very confused. Might have interfered with my other medications? No idea!

Oh well next month! :(

Mummacat - oh that sucks re ovulation hopefully it was just a once off and you are all set for next month.

I hope everyone else is good :)

AFM feeling much better now bleeding has stopped, ive counted cd1 first day of bleeding so im technically on cd11 although im not sure whether ill actually ovulate. Im getting a a line on my opk but not positive yet. I normally get a pos opk on cd12-13 so we will see...

my3cubs - Fingers crossed for you as you near your o!

Well today Is the big O and I am feeling very :evilgrin:

The smiley face occured yesterday and I was well very snortttt  that I was going to say some very rude things and have a very un-adult tantrum if it didn't smile back at me. Had to test whilst out as busy day. Well lets just say we got very busy last night and phrooarr it was good.

DH and I will certainly be going for gold once more when the kids are in bed.

Plus I have been taking Blackmores Conceive Well and the amount of CM has been amazing. And DH has been taking MACA which is meant to improve sperm motility and amount - apparently. He is a father of three I don't think that is an issue but anything to help. But he has been noticing health benefits from doing so so you never know.

Mags: Greater than normal follicles would be good - wouldn't that mean more egg production and the greater likelihood of twins? Not sure about mobility - ummmm the movement of the egg maybe?

Mummacat12 - What does virtex do?

my3cubs - a loss can throw your body out big time so it may be a full cycle before things get back to normal. Hopefully you will get your pos opk soon

Hi to all,

New to the forum as I've been a bit hesitant in getting all involved in AR.

DH and I have been TTC for 25+ mths. The last 5 mths AR with Cloomid and Ovidrel, with no success. This month we start IUI, a bit hesitant, but I am sure all will be fine.

Me=PCO and Endo

DH=low morph

any suggestions at what I should be doing? Am starting to get down, finding it hard to keep chin up...

Welcome Yellow tulip:

If it helps try blackmores conceive gold. I have experienced heaps of CM this cycle as a result - I do get alot normally but wow!! This will also help prep your body for conception.

Try and get your DH on Maca Gold which is a dietary supplement. Taking 2 morning and night - studies have shown that sperm amount and motility has increased after 8 weeks of taking it.

Also OPKs can help pinpoint the surge prior to ovulation so you are bding at the most fertile time of the month.

Good luck.

Hi everyone :)

Welcome Yellowtulip, so sorry you've had a difficult journey so far but good luck with your iui hopefully this is your time.

Holiday - you must be similar dpo to me...i got a very positive pos on cd12 and o'd on cd13 and am now on cd16 which makes me 3dpo. We were able to get plenty of bd'ing in so fx!

Mags im not sure about the mobility but it seems like your results were very good :)

Mummacat yay for your positive opk :) Maybe your cycle will be a bit longer this time round? We all seem to be about the same point of our cycle, hopefully we can test around the same time.

AFM like i said im happy to say my cycle has returned straight away to normal, i got a very very positive opk result on cd12 and then ovulated that night. This is exactly what happened when i got my chem pg hopefully i can conceive again and this time it sticks.

My3cubs you were very lucky to get back to normal quickly. Fx for a successful cycle :D

Mummacat12 - is it a vitamin? My cycles are normal and predictable but it sounds very interesting.

Holiday is there a reason you are not feeling positive? Sometimes its those cycles that are actually successful so try not to lose hope. Im 5dpo today so i think we are at the same in our cycle, are you waiting until AF due to test? I wont test until after AF is due as i dont want to be disappointed again.

I have the sorest boobs already which is strange for me...maybe my cycles still a bit funny after the chem.

Hi everyone,

TGIF!!

Holidayromp - Yep its a herb that is meant to regulate your cycles, my cycles were 26-28 and even 25 days but always a short laterual phase of around 10 days. Not sure what is happening this month (1st month taking it) but AF due tomorrow and noe spotting yet. I normally spot quite a bit for the two days before AF so hopeing its all good but am 8DPO and having cramps so think AF on way

my3cubs - Ir seems we are at the same time! Have you tested yet? I have my fingers crossed for you!

YellowTulip - Hope your feeling better.

Hope everyone else is doing ok?

My3cubs in answer to your questions I am 7 dpo and there has been NOTHING. It doesn't help that I have a husband that thinks we are wasting our time and pushing sh*t up hill. That sort of attitude does tend to wear you down. I am only cycle four ffs it is not as if we are looking down the barrel of cycle 11.

He is happy to keep trying and taking his vitamins but anything beyond that .....

I test at 10dpo but I already know the answer by then.

Hi all,

Holidayromp and my3cubs- any news? I have had my fingers crossed for you so hoping that my positive vibes found you both?

On m end not sure what is happening! Maby the vitex is working?? Normally I have 26 days cycle and was due on Sat.. still no AF! Tested last night and swear there was a blue plus, but after a minute one line dispappered and made it a negative :( Tested this morning with FMU at 11DPO on first response which was a BFN! Looks like vitex not only made me ovulate late but is extending my cycle and my laterual phase. Only hope I don't end up with a 50 cycle! Just wish AF would start as I am paranoid every 5 minutes shes here!

Hope everyone is traveling weel??

I feel very excited, nervous to tell everyone that as of tonight I have had 3 :BFP: all from different brands!!

So worried about the next few weeks, let alone the next 9 months.

I am so thankful that I have found this group, you have given me so much strength and have taught me so much! :D

Some research I have read on virtex says to stop when pregnant and some say to continue, cant get to the Doctors for a few days does anyone have any ideas?? Just worried with my short latural phases it will disappear!

Hope everyone is well!

I wish you all the best for the next 8 months or so, fx its a lovely sticky one. Make sure you stick around and update us.

AFM now on 10dpo havent tested or anything but am feeling like AF is coming in a few days so not really expecting a BFP. Im going to melbourne next weekend without the kids so im looking forward to that...end of the year is approaching fast and i actually think i'll be okay if we are not succesful.

How is everyone else going??

Good morning ladies,

mummacat, massive congratulations!!! Best wishes for a sticky eggy and a happy, healthy and trouble free PG. Definitely update us

Sorry to hear your DH is being less than enthusiastic about TTC Holiday. Hopefully it's just a bit of a funk that it's taking longer than he expected and he'll come out of it soon.

my3cubs, :hugs: enjoy your weekend away!

afm, well my blood work came back and while it's generally ok, my AMH level (ovarian reserve) is 7. As the 'normal' range is 14-28, the clock is definitely ticking for me :( Anypoop, first FS visit tomorrow so we shall see what can be done

Mags - sorry to hear your reserve is low, hopefully your FS can shed some light and come up with an action plan. Big hugs to you.

AFM well now on 11dpo and had a touch of spotting this morning but nothing since...not sure what to make of it since im only on cd24 and too early for AF plus i never spot before it arrives. Maybe just my cycle a bit all over the place after my early loss last month? I dont think its implantation spotting as im really not getting any symptoms.

Hi everyone!

Well after a sh*t month including a horrible case of gastro right at o time, AF arrived yesterday so I'm looking forward to getting back into TTC now.

My mega pack of OPKs and HPTs arrived (really late grrr) the other day and I'm ready to start peeing on things.

I'll be back later for personals.

Hope everyone is doing ok, Mags Jee, you must be relieved to have started the ball rolling with the DR?

Hi girls. Can I join this thread? I'm also in the November is my month group, but it moves too quick for me!

This is my 5th month TTC. I had a chemical pregnancy the first month trying.

My ds was conceived on the first try so I'm starting to realise how hard it can be mentally for others.

At the moment pretty sure I am at peak day (just watching mucous, not opk's)

Good luck to all ;)

Just checking in quickly. Will be back to post personals. AF was three days late for me....I had a chemical pregnancy. I knew it was - I was getting mixed messages from internet cheapies preg tests so got a FR on Monday which showed a very very faint second line. AF came in full force yesterday. It is very heavy. I had a chem preg the cycle before DD1 was conceived and the cycle before DS was conceived (DD2 was conceived first cycle) so I am feeling a bit more positive. Atm I am CD2. I found out that there were other issues with DH not related to TTC which I don't think was helping his general state of mind. Things got worse and worse and it was like walking on eggshells.

It was more situational and the need to get out of self-employment for the both of us. It is far too draining. We have Thursday and Friday off but I won't be (until I have finished two more units there is no time off at all). DH seems to think that the world is on his shoulders and he was in the same state of mind I was a few months back. It has cleared the air somewhat however until we have saved enough money to move (about 18 months) it still will become an issue. He wants more breaks from work (something I can never have whilst studying) but breaks = no money so the more breaks we have the less likely we can leave. But at least now I know what is eating him.

Hi everyone :)

Lea-a - oh that sucks you had gastro nothing worse :( Oh well at least you can start again and hopefully this is your month.

Myboys - welcome and hello :) Sorry to hear you had a chem first month in...yes its not a given even when you have conceived first time. I have 3 kids all conceived within first 3 months yet ive been going for over a year now :( Good luck for this month.

Holiday - so sorry to hear you had a chem :( As you know i had one last month, its so frustrating to be so near but yet so far. Hopefully your body gets back to normal straight away. Also sorry to hear your DH has been feeling like that, its good to get it out in the open though, will it affect ttc?

Hi to everyone else :)

AFM just chugging along waiting to O in the next 5 days or so, very excited to be going away with DH this weekend, i really need this little getaway.
