Babylove Focus Elite with Capsule

Recommended Posts

Hi,

I have looked at the above system and DH really liked it, and I'm a fan of the capsule. I know its like comparing apples and oranges but I looked at the Baby Jogger City Select and loved that.

The BJCS is nearly double the price without a capsule.

Tell me is the BJCS worth the money? Or should I just get the cheaper option? We are likely to have 2 kids but even if we were to upgrade from the babylove later on it may still work out cheaper.

There's hundreds of reviews on the BJCS and they sound awesome but I can't find anything on the babylove system.

Help!! I'm really stuck!

I don't use one personally but I hire them out all the time and really, there is a fair bit of wear and tear involved in hired goods and they hold up really well, look great and everyone that hires it is very very happy.

I'm currently hiring one of these, and I love the ease of taking the capsule out of the car and straight onto the pram base. My only real critisism is the pram seat attachment doesn't lie flat, there is the molded seat shape to it, and the straps are just huge on it, DS still doesn't really fit into it, and if you're out for a while you don't want them in the capsule the whole time.

Other than that it's great. Very easy to push, and to fold.

I have a similar system - it's the Babylove SnapnGo capsule with the matching stroller. I initially was using a different pram but soon got frustrated and went and bought the Babylove stroller. I've been really, really happy with it and would definitely recommend it to anyone. I loved not having to fiddle around with getting bub in and out of a capsule when she was younger, and I loved that the strolller was small and thin (many times I've been at checkouts and heard mums say "oh my pram won't fit through there".. and I wander straight up with mine and glide though :) ).

I definitely recommend a capsule/pram system :)
