How to Get Away with Murder's Karla Souza has shown off some impressive multitasking skills- posting a photo of herself tandem breastfeeding her two children.

The 34-year-old actress, who gave birth to her second child in June, posted the photo which was taken the day after son was born to her Instagram.

The picture showed her feeding her daughter, Gianna, two and her three-week-old son Luka at the same time.

Souza has her eyes closed with a big smile in the black and white photo with her head tilted towards the camera.

In the caption, the How to Get Away with Murder actress described giving birth to her son as 'the most difficult and painful thing her body has had to go through'.

"I'm laughing from both the joy and the excruciating pain of childbirth and postpartum" the caption read.

"But it has also made me feel like a freakin' warrior" the actress said. "ALL women are warriors!"

Joking in the caption that she wasn't planning on double nursing, especially 'to the sounds of beautiful diaper music ', the mother of two continued, saying that "being a mum requires next-level strength and endurance"
