A recall notice has been issued for a convertible high chair, amid concerns it may pose a potential fall risk.
According to the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission, using the Bloom & Grow Australia Pty Ltd — Skip Hop Tuo Convertible High Chair, could result in serious injury if the leg or legs detach from the seat.
The manufacturer notes that the recall comes following feedback from "a small number of parents".
Affected chairs bear the following identifying numbers: SH304200, SH304201 and date codes: HH5/2017, HH6/2017, HH7/2017, HH8/2017, HH9/2017, HH092717, HH092917, HH010518, HH030518, HH05182018, HH05312018.
Products were sold nationally in David Jones between 1 December 2016 - 30 December 2018.
Consumers are advised to stop using the chairs immediately and contact Bloom and Grow for a full refund.
