When is "Paw Patrol" like a drug and when is that drug a welcome respite?
In an appearance on "The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon" Keira Knightley told the host exactly when.
"Because Saturday night, maybe you had a couple more glasses of wine than you should have and Sunday morning, Paw Patrol..."
"It's like toddler crack, isn't it?" she joked, "But it's kind of a good thing."
Knightley said her daughter Edie, 3, like kids everywhere, has her "deep, deep, deep" into the show about the search-and-rescue dogs.
Edie, who turns 4 in May, loves to play act the characters. She is always Skye. And a disappointed Knightley is ordered to play Rubble.
The actress said her daughter gives her notes on her poor portrayal of Rubble.
"Excuse me?" the Oscar-nominated actress laughed with Fallon.
"And I'm like, I get paid for this. Mummy knows what she's doing."
The Nickelodeon show's theme song has been known to drive parents nuts and last year, Ryan Reynolds, parent to two daughters, weighed in on Instagram demanding "Paw Patrol...get outta my head."
