Gwen Stefani pushes son Zuma in a Mylo by Mamas & Papas pram.

It's been dubbed the new Bugaboo, with style-setting celebrity mum Gwen Stefani an early adopter. The celeb mum was recently seen strolling the streets of London with son Zuma in the new cult pram.

The Mylo by Mams & Papas is over three years in the making, and the most talked about pram in years is finally heading to Australia in early May.

Parents who test-drove the Mylo say that they love how light it is to manoeuvre and fold. Unlike the  Bugaboo, the Mylo can be easily collapsed with one hand, with no need to remove the seat unit.

The seat can be easily switched from rear to forward-facing, so it’s flexible for use with smaller infants or curious toddlers who want to see where they’re going. The seat also has a full lie back so is perfect for newborns, although the pram also comes with a carrycot.

The base Mylo package including bassinet is RRP $1650, with accessories extra. It will be sold selected retailers across Australia from May, but customers are best to enquire soon, as the pram has attracted a worldwide waiting list.

Find out more about the Mylo  - and register your interest - at the Mamas & Papas website.
