Lara Stone, who gave birth to a son on May 6, is the star of a nude portrait unveiled for the 55th International Art Exhibition in Venice. The Dutch model posed naked for British artist Marc Quinn while still pregnant, with the portrait showing her reclining on a bed of raw meat. The model also posed topless for <i>i-D</i> magazine's Q&A issue while expecting - see photos later in this gallery. Lara and her husband, David Walliams, have yet to reveal their son's name.
