![Maya Rudolph has announced that she's pregnant with her fourth child. Rudolph and her partner, director Paul Thomas Anderson, are already parents to Pearl, 7, Lucille, 3½, and Jack, 21 months. Appearing on <i>The Ellen DeGeneres Show</i>, fellow guest Salma Hayek said, "I remember last summer [Maya] said, ‘I can’t believe I’m having three children. I’m never doing this again.'" Laughing, Rudolph replied, “It’s amazing how we forget. It’s like that light pen thing they do in <i>Men in Black</i>. Busy Phillips accompanied her husband Marc Silverstein and daughter Birdie, 4, to a birthday party in a LA park on April 13. The Cougar Town actress recently said that her second pregnancy is harder than her first, but that Birdie is excited with getting a sibling. "She talks to the baby and she’s just really thrilled,” she told Us Weekly. “I told her though that it’s okay to feel two ways about it - it’s okay to feel really excited and also nervous or mad or scared. I don’t want her to think she has to be super happy about it all the time because I know it’s going to be a big adjustment for her.”
