How to swaddle your baby

STEP 1 - Lay the wrap in a diamond shape and fold the top corner down to form a triangle. The point of the triangle should sit about one third of the way into the center of the wrap. Place your baby in the center of the folded area with his or her head just above the fold of the wrap. Ensure that your baby’s shoulders are still below the fold.
