Baby
Where do I get help?
If you are looking for some practical support or assistance with your new baby, or you find you need some help as your baby grows, get in touch with some of the organisations listed below.
These organisations have changed the lives of many mothers and babies by helping them find ways to cope with lots of basic baby care issues such as crying and feeding problems and by offering much needed support to new mums. If you feel depressed, or feel that you have nobody to talk to, it is in the best interests of you, and your baby, to ask for help.
The majority of these organisations are free and are there to help people just like you. If you feel these organisations have been helpful to you, and you can afford it, offer a donation to show your support.
Contact the organisations direct to find out more information about the services they offer or ask your midwife or GP for more information.
