New Zealand Prime Minister Jacinda Ardern knows exactly how busy working mums are, and while she's been hot on the campaign trail, it's been all hands-on deck at home.
Ardern, who is mum to two-year-old Neve, shared a sweet appreciation post for her fiancé Clarke Gayford to Instagram, expressing how grateful she is for her 'wonderful village'.
"Clarke was up early this morning," Ardern captioned the post, alongside a picture of a lunchbox with 'Neve Te Aroha' written on it.
"When I came out to the kitchen I found this - a lunch box he labelled for Neve with it all packed and ready," she continued.
Clarke was up early this morning. When I came out to the kitchen I found this - a lunch box he labelled for Neve with it all packed and ready. While I’ve been off campaigning, he’s been parenting (with a helping hand from my mum when he is working too.) This is just an appreciation post I guess. It takes a village, and I have a wonderful one. ♥️

"This is just an appreciation post I guess. It takes a village, and I have a wonderful one," she concluded the sweet post.
Fans loved the post, praising Ardern and Gayford for their support for each other as working parents.
"It does take a village - and NZ is just a larger version," one user said. "We need to all look out for each other. So lovely for you to have this level of support."
"How wonderful for Neve to have such good role models, showing her what a supportive partnership looks like and that mums and dads are *both* parents!" agreed another.
"This is beautiful. Teamwork at its best," said another.
Ardern has always been very open and honest about her parenthood journey since welcoming Neve in 2018.
The New Zealand PM posted a photo earlier in the month from her parent's house in rural Waikato, preparing for a day of campaigning.
"I've been basing myself out of Morrinsville which is where I grew up so that I can stay with Mum and Dad," she said in an Instagram video.
"Because they are helping Clarke and I with Neve over the next couple of days – it's just the realities of the road."
"Made Neve a big plate of toast for breakfast (so I could steal some)," she wrote in the caption.
"Asked her for a square and instead she tore off this tiny crumb. Parenting fail on the 'how to share' front..."
Thanks Jacinda - we love you for keeping it real!
