Parents, brace yourselves for a helluva lot more Baby Shark content - whether you like it or not.
Nickelodeon has announced a partnership with the famous Shark Family, which will bring their adventures to life in an animated series.
Because, evidently, no one puts baby in a corner.
"Baby Shark has captured the imagination of millions of fans around the world, so it's no surprise it's one of the top 10 most-viewed videos on YouTube ever," said Ramsey Naito, EVP Nickelodeon Animation in a statement. "At the heart of any popular piece of content is a terrific character, and we have a great opportunity to further explore the world of Baby Shark and follow this family through some great animated adventures on Nickelodeon."
But a TV show based on what James Corden called a "generation defining song", isn't the only thing in the works - Baby Shark merch is on its way too.
"Baby Shark is "a multiplatform phenomenon, and appetite for more content and products is strong around the world," said Pam Kaufman, president, Viacom Nickelodeon Consumer Products. "Our outstanding creative teams are moving fast to get more 'Baby Shark' product across multiple categories to retailers."
The viral pre-school banger has now been viewed almost 2.8 billion times on YouTube, spawning singing plush toys, a heavy metal version that's arguably better than the original, play doh and a musical.
It also enjoyed a 20-week swim on the Billboard Hot 100 list, making its debut on the charts back in January. Incredibly, the catch little ditty is currently sitting at number 9 on the most viewed YouTube videos of all time, up there with Justin Bieber, Katy Perry and Taylor Swift.
What a time to be alive.
With the preschool music, merch, TV and toy market cornered, the only thing left is the big screen.
