You can barely see it, but anyone who has felt the swift kick of a baby in their third trimester of pregnancy will recognise the look that comes across Meghan Markle's face.
The Duchess of Sussex was attending an event in Bristol with husband Harry, and was listening attentively when the moment came and went, cameras capturing Markle's hand touching her belly and a momentary inward breath.
It's thought they were the telltale signs of a kick, with fans loving the footage posted on fan account harry_meghan_updates with the caption, "The precious moment Baby Sussex kicked Meghan's lungs out of her. He/she really wants to come out to meet us people! No wonder mummy needs to hold [her belly] to calm."
The short video has been viewed more than 245,00 times and it's tempting to watch it over and over again.
Fans commented on the charming video in droves - it has attracted nearly 540 comments so far.
"It's been a long time, but I can still remember those kicks myself. Some things you just don't forget."
"The miracle of life 😍. I used to love feeling the kicks and movement. Motherhood is wonderful and she should enjoy every moment. Baby Sussex is ready to come out and I'm ready to see him/her."
The way Markle is carrying also had people speculating as to the sex of her unborn child.
"Boys you usually carry more in front and girls you spread out. I think it's a boy just by looking at her."
The Duchess is reportedly due in April, telling fans in mid-January that she was "six months along," meaning the royal baby could share a birthday around the time of cousin Prince Louis' birthday on April 23.
Cousin Princess Charlotte celebrates her fourth birthday on May 2, so it looks like birthdays with be a riot in coming years with three royal offspring celebrating together.
