It can be difficult to stay sane when you're stuck inside with kids and cabin fever hits but, luckily for parents stuck in COVID-19 lockdown, the internet keeps coming to the rescue.
Laguna Beach Kristin Cavallari is the latest celebrity parent to share her 'lockdown with kids' hack to Instagram.
"We are throwing it way back to what we did at the beginning of quarantine," she said in a Instagram story, showing an obstacle course they set up in the hallway with black tape and the mum-of-three crawling through it.
"We created a little obstacle course here, like little lasers like they do in the movies, and you hit it and you're out."
Cavallari, who shares sons Camden, eight, Jaxon, six, and five-year-old daughter Saylor with ex Jay Cutler, explained they would all be at home for the week due to a snow storm so had to come up with some creative boredem busters.
"And we put little bells on it, which was Jaxson's idea. Really good idea. This is something we did at the beginning of quarantine - it's a hit," the 34-year-old said.
"We are having an entire snow week, I'm pretty sure… they'll be off school the entire week. Great idea mums."
Cavallari and Cutler split after 10 years together in April last year, saying they had "nothing but love and respect for one another and are deeply grateful for the years shared, memories made, and the children we are so proud of."
"This is just the situation of two people growing apart," Cavallari wrote in a post to Instagram.
"We ask everyone to respect our privacy as we navigate this difficult time within our family."
