Kelly Clarkson uses son's potty after pipes freeze in self-isolation

With families around the globe self-isolating due to the COVID-19 pandemic, whether it's how we educate our kids, what we're cooking, or how we're staying entertained, we're all needing to be a little creative at times in order to cope.

Just ask singer Kelly Clarkson who was forced to use her toddler's potty on the weekend when the plumbing in her Montana cabin froze up.

Clarkson, mum to daughter River Rose, five, and son, Remington Alexander, three, took to Twitter to share her story with fans."And just like that I have no pride or shame!" she wrote.

"Each day brings something I thought I'd never do."

Us, too, Kelly. Us, too.

The mum later tweeted a photo of her children with the caption, "The future."

Clarkson, who is married to Brandon Blackstock, also gave a shout-out to actor Steve Martin who shared his own "Banjo Balm."

"Woke up 2 this, snuggling with my 3 yr old little man, coffee n hand, singing along while he's playing. I'm gonna forget that we're all isolated & remember how lucky I am today 4 so many things. Thank u 4 this. Simple yet effective, she wrote.
