The former Big Brother contestant, who is pregnant with her third child, opened up on Instagram about the harsh reality of pregnancy - swollen feet, varicose veins, melasma, mouth tumours and all.
"Don't be fooled it's not all sunshine and rainbows," the 33-year-old began the post, along with some photos documenting the less glamorous side of her pregnancy.
"As much as I think pregnancy is beautiful and is such a blessing, I do think it's also important to keep it real and share the weird and sometimes not-so wonderful side of carrying a child!" the fitness instructor said.
The reality star and blogger also admitted that in her previous pregnancies she felt like there was a lot of unrealistic expectations.
"No one seemed to be sharing these things on social media," she said. "Since sharing these images yesterday I've received an overwhelming response from women who are also experiencing these things and I personally find a sense of peace knowing that I am not alone!"

The pregnant mum-of-two acknowledged that compared to some people's struggles, her pregnancy might seem 'superficial and insignificant', but urged users to remember that 'it's not a competition of who has it worse.
"I know it is the biggest gift to even be able to carry a child," she continued.
"And whatever my body endures whether it be varicose veins, sciatica, psoriasis, swollen feet, melasma, excess cellulite or weird pregnancy tumours in my mouth that make me look like a vampire, I know it is ALWAYS worth it for what is waiting for me at the finish line."

Followers were quick to comment on the post, praising the mother for keeping it real on social media.
"Your honesty and transparency is refreshing and appreciated especially when social media seems to only show the perfect side of people's lives," one fan gushed. "It's not easy making human beings, but like you said, it's worth it!"
"Thank you so sharing your real and raw self," another agreed,
Hipwell previously shared a post showing the difference posing can make in taking the 'picture perfect' photos you see on social media.
"Pregnancy can look very different depending on what we choose to focus our attention on!" she captioned the post, urging women to 'focus on the amazing transformations our body is going through', rather than fixating on flaws.
Hipwell is expecting her a baby boy with husband Neil Hipwell in September. The couple share two children, Sunny and Nakoda.
