Jennifer Lopez is already mum to 11-year-old twins Emme Maribel and Maximilian "Max" David.
The actress and singer says the twins have taught her all about "true love" and she's just dropped a bombshell that she wouldn't say no to more babies with fiancé Alex Rodriguez.
"I want to!" Lopez, 50, told PEOPLE magazine during a cover story interview.
"I don't know that it's in God's plan but I would like to try. I'm so open to it!" she says.
The 50-year-old superstar is also stepmum to Rodriguez's two daughters, Ella, 11, and Natasha, 15 and gushed about living as a blended family.
"We all just grow closer," the star says.
"When we got engaged, they were super happy… they know there is nothing but love for them always."
She added: "We try to raise the kids in a way that's mindful of fulfilling our own dreams but also never being in a position where they're not being guided by us or we're not present in their lives … that's a priority."
The Major League Baseball legend, 44, and Lopez were engaged in the Bahamas in March after two years of dating.
It's been a big year for Lopez, from her Oscar-worthy performance in Hustlers to the Super Bowl halftime gig. The singer also turned 50 in July and celebrated with an extravagant party on Miami's Star Island - and appears to be defying the ageing process.
It should be noted that getting pregnant at 50 is extremely unlikely - although with the use of younger viable donor eggs and IVF treatment it's not impossible.
Fertility experts say a woman's likelihood of getting pregnant naturally at age 45 is less than 4 per cent, and that number plummets to 1 per cent once she hits 50.
