Graham spoke previously to People Magazine about debuting her post-baby body in a swimsuit photoshoot, saying she had to really remind herself "new body, new mindset" constantly.

"With a new postpartum body, I thought that things were going to feel different, and that they were going to look different," she told the publication. "And they do, but it's a newfound joy in that."

Not long after Isaac was born, Graham posted a photo of herself in the mirror, encouraging women to have 'honest conversations' after birth.

"Raise your hand if you didn't know you'd be changing your own diapers too," she captioned the post. "After all these years in fashion I never could've guessed that disposable underwear would be my favourite piece of clothing but here we are!"

"No one talks about the recovery and healing (yes even the messy parts) new mums go through. I wanted to show you guys that it's not all rainbows and butterflies!" The supermodel continued.

"It's unbelievable the obstacles we still face talking about what women really go through," she concluded the post.
