He's been a regular feature on social media since he was born, but new mum Amy Schumer has announced that she won't be sharing any more photos of baby Gene.
"We are going to teach him to read the news," the comedian captioned her last photo of the five-month-old, clad in a wig and moustache dummy.
Using the snap as an opportunity send strength to women in Missouri (where the state's last abortion clinic is fighting to stay open) she added: "I'm not gonna post him anymore."
The 38-year-old has tenderly and humorously documented her life as a new mum since welcoming baby Gene in May, following her battle with hyperemesis gravidarum.
Most recently, she touched on the challenges of returning to work and managing motherhood alongside being a "human being with interests, ambitions and goals."
"Five months today and like all mums I love him so much it hurts," she wrote. "It's felt good to be back at work. I was so worried about it and was afraid to go back after he was 3 months old. A couple days I've cried from missing him. But it's mostly good to be back and the breaks energise me to be a better mom and appreciate our time even more."
But while we might not be seeing cute snaps of baby Gene, fans of Schumer can look forward to a new HBO documentary about her pregnancy: Expecting Amy.
"Women are warriors, every one of us. And I hope sharing my story brings more awareness to the challenges of pregnancy and childbirth," she said of the project.
