Not all car seats are created equal
All Australian car restraints are subject to the RACVs Child Restraint Evaluation Program (CREP).
The program rates child car restraints on how well they perform in a crash and how easy they are to use.
Because car safety is so important to all of us, we have listed the models below which CREP has scored either four safety stars, or three stars for ease of use, to help you when shopping for a new car restraint.
