Beyonce Knowles shows off her baby bump in style
Beyonce 2011 MTV Video Music Awards Arrivals Nokia Theatre L A Live Los Angeles.
In August the 30-year-old confirmed that she is expecting her first child with husband Jay-Z. The star has since been seen in a range of daring and more modest attire.
Beyonce loves experimenting with maternity garb.
"It has been really exciting to figure out new ways of wearing clothes," she explained in an interview with more! magazine.
The stunning singer is keen to avoid typical pregnancy attire. She wants to keep her wardrobe looking fresh.
"I don't want to be the typical pregnant woman, who has to wear a baby-doll dress every day, so we try to keep it funky, sexy and feminine," she added.
Meanwhile Jay-Z is said to be terrified he'll pass out when his wife gives birth.
"This is his first child with Beyonce and he obviously has no idea what's going to happen," a source told Look magazine. "He even joked he might pass out."
Beyonce's former Destiny's Child bandmate Kelly Rowland will also be present when the baby arrives and has told Jay-Z she'll lend him some support.
Rowland has been attended birthing classes with her best friend whenever she is around.
"It was pretty much assumed that Kelly would be in the delivery room with Bey when she gives birth," the insider added. "It's obviously something Kelly wants to do."
