HELP!!!

I need present ideas for my almost 4 year old boy. His older brother will be getting a DS and a boogie board from Santa but this little guy has requested nothing other than the routine things that they all see on the TV. There is nothing that he has seen on the TV that would be what he would play with, I'm talking about the baby push along walkers to dolls to pretty much anything that is bright and is aimed at children. rolleyes.gif

Oh he has asked for 'hot wheels' so he will be getting a small track to add to the ones he already has, I am mainly looking for the 'wow' present.

So I am putting it too the lovely ladies (and gents) of EB for a little bit of help please! What do you suggest or what have you got for your similar aged child?

TIA

It's hard when they don't give suggestions. My Ds4 is the same.

My Ds is getting the Imaginarium Pirate Ship and the lego duplo house as his "big" presents.

Mum has got him a wooden car garage - maybe that's an option as your son likes his hotwheels cars?

Thanks. Where did she find the wooden garage? It sounds like a great idea. Maybe myer, toys r us?

Any other suggestions are more than welcome?!?!

She got it at Aldi a few months ago. Its very similar to the ELC one. If you have an elc or kid central store nearby they would probably have them.

She got him the wooden rocket from Aldi for his birthday in September and it was a hit too - again its identical to elc one.

Toys r us may have wooden garage.

ds is also getting a go go car. I got it from www.thetoybug.com.au (just to give you an idea what it is lol)

A bike with training wheels?

It may a bit late but - leapster explorer. DS got one for his 4th birthday and it's been the best thing. He can read, is learning to write and doing basic math already.

Best bought from Amazon though as are the games. they're almost half the price there as they are from here.

DS is getting Zhu Zhu pet and gear this year. he's addicted to it.

I got my almost 4yo nephew a gardening set and he loved it! (we had early xmas with them as they are going away)

Thanks everyone.

I think we will be going with the wooden garage or similar, I will have to get it from Toys r us so I guess it will be whatever the equivalent they have original.gif

Love the gogo car! What a great idea. May have to keep an eye out for that one aswell. He already has a few bikes (one of his own and a hand me down from Big brother)

Now just to take on the Christmas rush at the shops rolleyes.gif Thank goodness I am writing a list and DH will be going out to get it. I *HAVE* to stay at home with the kids by the pool. lol
