When DH was in Poland he ate a fair amount of smoked sheeps cheese which I think is called oscypek. I've been to two Polish delis but they didn't know what I was talking about because I couldn't remember the name and the ladies didn't speak much English. So my questions are

1) how do you pronounce it
2) does anyone know where I can find this cheese in Melbourne
