We moved in to our current rental property about 7 months ago. We love it as it is a BIG 4 bedroom house, lovely big backyard.

At night I find it very hard to get to sleep, aside from the fact I am pregnant, I just get a feeling something or someone is around. I often get a coolness come over our bedroom, not long after I go to bed, even if the house is warm and no windows or doors are open therefore no drafts. We have a linen cupboard in the hallway, which I always keep closed, but often of morning I get up and it is open. DH has slept all night, and DD is too young, and I know I never opened it.

I also find I leave DD's door open at night, and often in the morning I find it not completely shut but just about. DH has not done it and neither have I.

I am not scared by it, just curious. I was going to ask our owners about the place, but I do know they have had the place since 2006, lived in it for 2 years and then their son and family lived in it, until they moved to Singapore.

Can anyone shed some light?

Hi Bella,

Chances are you may actually have a spirit around you connected to your unborn child. It's quite common during pregnancy for sensitives (people privvy to spirit world) to experience this.

I have had a few spirits around during this pregnancy as well, but I know who they are and it's all good.

How do you feel when you sense the presence? Do you feel it's just one presence or more than one?

Cheers!

I feel OK, I am at ease with it. I only feel I am sensing one presence, no more than that.

To begin with the opening of the linen cupboard did admittedly freak me out a bit. But when I am in bed and I feel the coolness of even the sensation of a presence, I am calm, though I do not want to keep my back to it, I always roll towards it, not sure why.
