Hi,

I have an ebay store & I've seen how when u look into sellers other items section that many stores have actual diff categories on the left side so customers can click onto whatever they fance - as well as look at the items in the middle of the page -

I really want to do this so customers can navigate my products easier rather than having to click onto page by page to look at my items.....


for eg: on left hand column someone with scrapbooking supplies may have

Patterned Paper
Letter Cutters
Poster Paints

(u get the drift - i have no idea what to think a scrapbook ebay shop would have lol its too late in the day)...



So for my business I want to do that for my categories - PLZ can someone give me EXACT steps on how to do this?? I really believe that our business is loosing customers due to the fact that I dont have this set up ...

I got this from eBay's help page:

You can create and organise your Store categories by going to the Manage My Store page in My eBay.

The Manage My Store section is towards bottom right. If you click on that it will take you to page with "store categories" on the left side menu.
