My twins are nearly 5 months old and basically only sleep if they are wrapped tightly. How do you suggest getting them out of this especially as the hot weather approaches. Also what age should this stop.

i'm in the same boat but my boys are only 3 months old but still it is hard when it is so hot.

i was looking at going to grobags but not sure how they are going to settle with their arms out.

I agree with Jen, our girls were born September as well and we wrapped them all through summer but in nice light cotton wraps. They eventually didn't need to be wrapped and by then the cooler nights had set in and I put them in a gro-bag which they still use. It is all about a sense of security

I recently stopped wrapping my boys and put them into grobags. I was given some great advice by the girls here. Firstly I just left one arm out of the wrap. Once used to that we left both arms out (half wrapped). From here we went into grobags no probs.
