Hello ladies,
Was wondering if anyone can give me some advice...
I am 27 weeks pregnant with twins and last night had extreme pain, or cramping I suppose you could call it, down around the pelvic region, which came and went every 5 or ten minutes approximately. Was wondering if could be Braxton Hicks already???
Both babies have still been active this morning and the pain eased off after I took some panadeine.
Interested to hear your experiences or get some advice.

I am currently 30 weeks with twins and had a simular experience to you at around 28 weeks. I just found the lower part of my abdomen just tensed and went rock hard to the point that it was painful. It stayed like that for maybe 20 - 30 secs and then slowly loosened off, that was the only time. My Ob said that is was probable a braxton hicks and that with twin pregnancies braxton hicks can start earlier as you are stretched that much further that much sooner!!
But if you are worried call your hospital for your own peace of mind.
