I am currently 8 1/2 weeks pregnant with twins and was just wondering if anyone else has had this experience, we had our 8 week ultrasound and it appears that one is doing very well, yet the other one is somewhat smaller (it was also smaller at 6 1/2 weeks) however it has grown and there is still a health heartbeat. My doc is remaining 'reserved' about the outcome at this stage. If you have any thought, experiences or information you can share with me be it good or bad I would be grateful.

I have posted this in Multiples & Your Pregnancy - get both sides I guess.....

hay cin and jen, my names emily (15weeks with twins) and i was told i was having twins on my first u/s which was at 5weeks, confirmed at 6weeks, than 10 weeks heard heart beats, but i havent had one since then my next is next tuesday so i will be 16weeks 1 day. all u/s have shown one a bit smaller than the other.
(now im worried that next tuesday i will only see 1.)

i have been told that i have 2 placentas so this means less likley for one to vanish, or one to starve.
well keep me up dated and i will do the same.
take care
