I've always pronounced it My-kah.

I would have thought it was, My-kah.
My-kah - we in recent years have a friend named Micah and until I met him and he mentioned how people mispronounce his name it never occured to me that people would say it any other way. It's a Biblical/Hebrew name and My-kah is the correct pronunciation in that context.
Mee-kah is spelt Mika or Meeka.

Come to think of it, I know a Micah who always said people pronounced his name like Mike-ah, and it was wrong.
I guess it just depends upon how your parents pronounced it?

I always assumed it was My-kah but just watched that woeful movie 'Paranormal Activity' and the Micah in that was pronounced Mee-kah.

The only Mika I have ever heard of is the singer, who did that Grace Kelly song. So I don't necessarily think it's the female version. I just always thought the pronunciation differed on the spelling.

Depends. I have known Mikahs pronounced both MY-KAH and Mee-Kah

I agree. My 3 year old DS is also Micah, picked because it is a biblical name. I get people thinking his name is Michael, as well as pronouncing incorrectly and being spelt Mikah.
I pronounce it My-Car, but that's because I'm a geologist and Mica is a mineral.
