I don't really know of any Dylans old or young now.
I only know one 1 yr old Dylan and no others. I really like it.
I know 1 Dylan and he is 30ish.

My cousin's ex husband is a Dylan (nearly 60) and I know a early 20's one. - Both named after the poet not the 90210 character!

I checked births deaths marriages in NSW out of curiousity because I would have said Dylan was popular but is declining and I was right.
It was #19 in 2004/2005, then #26, #29, # 30, #33 and last year #36.

Have a nephew Dylan (after Dylan Thomas, Welsh poet) and several (at least 3) in the school where I teach. I like the name but hate hearing it shortened to Dyls.
