Having a bit of a hard time with this pregnancy and now a bit concerned about dates being out in my scan this morning so even though it is early days, distract me with some name talk!
We already have a Gabriel James and a Micah Daniel.
For a boy I only have Ezekiel that I like, so I seem to have a trend towards Hebrew boys names. I do also really like Oliver but it is too popular for me, which is a shame because I do really like it!
For a girl I like Scarlett and Violet and I do like Hannah but am worried it might be a little popular. Do you know many Hannahs?
Middles names for both sexes I dont really know. I do like trait names for girls but I have forgotten the actual word for it

(Faith, Hope etc)
I am open to suggestions for both and for middle names. Hit me!

Gabriel, Micah and Ezekiel is a lovely sibset!
Do you mean virtue names?
Faith, Joy and Grace all sound lovely with Hannah. Would you consider Amity as a first name? Would be lovely with Gabriel and Micah!
Hope all goes ok with your pregnancy.

Virtue names for girls - I like Faith, Grace, Verity, and Prudence. I admit Prudence is probably a bit hard to carry, though. Of all of them Verity is my favourite and its hardly over-used.
Hannah is pretty.
I like Ezekiel but I also like Ezra. Elijah it also handsome. Nathaniel is also really pretty.
I love Gabriel and Micah.

Virtue names! That's the one!
Hmm Amity doesnt really do it for me and I dont love Esther. I am not sure why...
I do like Leah very much but wonder if Leah and Micah sound a bit funny with the "ah" sounds.
I like Jude but like Judah again with the "ah" sound.
Thanks for the suggestions! like them a lot!

I like Ezekiel but not with a Gabriel already, they're too similar. Oliver is lovely but it does seem a little popular alongside Gabriel and Micah.

I know a number of Hannah's my age, but in the last 3 years and 1500 children, have only taught 2.

Similar endings would not be a deal-breaker for me, especially 2 out of 3. It seems broken up to me by the other name.

If Ezekiel and Gabriel are too similar, could you consider Eze by itself? (pronounced Eh-zé) I used to know someone whose son was called Eze and always thought it was a fantastic name.
Though now I look at it, I guess there is the risk that people will read it as "ease" or similar.

Reuben Oliver or Hannah Scarlett

I definitely think everyone would say 'ease'
I can't use Reuben, although I like it, as it is my brother's name.

I like Violet, and Hannah. I know three Hannahs - two are about 20 and one is 45. Not too many in the scheme of things.

Since when has it ever been Scarlett the Harlett? That's not even how you spell harlot. It's always been Charlotte the harlot as far as I know.
