What a weekend! Vivian and Cassandra has picked up gastro from childcare, there was a notice up that it’s going around.

It started Friday night, Vivian had diarrhoea; she then vomited all her dinner out at about 11pm onto herself and her bed (lucky there was a mattress protector). I cleaned her up and was changing her sheets when Anabelle coughed and she vomited too! (Cassandra slept all through this) Got Vivian to go into my bed and cleaned Anabelle and her cot up. Got them back to bed and I was scrubbing, rinsing and soaking.

Saturday Vivian spewed 3 times and I cannot remember the number of runny pooey nappies there were. This morning at breakfast I was telling Cassandra that she will have to go to childcare on her own on Monday (this would be the first time ever) coz Vivian is sick. About half hour after that Cassandra spews.

All I can remember from these last couple of days is changing nappies and scrubbing and soaking clothes!

Poor you! and your girls. Hope they're all on the road to recovery and that you've managed to avoid the dreaded bug.

Thank you Maree & Renee. Cassandra had one huge liquid poo this morning and it leaked out and ran down her leg and onto the rug! So the morning start off very well but they were much much better compared to yesterday. Hopefully tomorrow will be better again.

Oh Jodie... what can I say but eeeewwwwww! Love the descriptions! Tounge1.gif Sounds bloody awful (and not to mention a little gross). I hope they feel much better by morning and the runny poos and vomiting stop. Poor things must feel awful.

Don't you hate walking in and seeing those signs at childcare? They make me want to take them back home.
