do they put so many tissues in tissue boxes?

Oh...and why why why are my twins so obsessed with tissues? *sigh*
Not very helpful when DH and I have colds and need several boxes of tissues about!

Thanks for the laugh! - love the photo, Jodie. I try to keep the tissues out of reach - but could someone invent a way to limit how much toilet paper can be unrolled!??

Thanks Jodie original.gif

I only opened the box last night and it is now 3/4 empty! I would have taken a pic at the time (scrapbooking addict that I am) but thought Dh would kill me if I didn't try to salvage what tissues I could!
I now have a neatly folded pile of tissues that will probably take us a month to get through.

Toilet paper!?!?! OMG I hadn't even thought of that yet!! Lucky both toilets are blocked off by baby gates in the hallways original.gif

I keep the bathroom door closed but the girls insist on following me and watching with great interest when I go to the toilet - and they also want to "help" by giving me toilet paper - I try to stop them but they're so determined! I either get tiny pieces or metres and metres. And don't even get me started on them trying to put it into the toilet while I'm on it!!! Sorry TMI but one of the joys of going to paid work is going to the toilet without a spectator or two!

And why do little ones have the fascination to eat tissue or toilet paper?

Love the pic Jodie original.gif

Don't forget paper towels! Oh, and new one I (or should I say Hannah) discovered this week - bin bags on a roll! All 30 of them in a big pile on my kitchen floor...

I now feel kinda "normal".

~ Our tissues are top of the fridge now.

~ The toilet paper is STILL rationed.

~We HIDE the toothpaste (many times heaps has been squeezed out).

~We also have locks on all cupboards (STILL) mostly the pantry. My girls have spread rice bubbles all over carpet & then were jumping on them b/c they made a noise. Also had wheat bix broken up & spread all over the floor as well.

~ All pens are hidden, we have had drawing on the walls & drawing on our bedspread with RED NIKKO pen (DH left it in a draw & one of them found it).

That's a few of the things my 2 have done.

So now I feel "normal" ;p

I must say they are getting better ALTHOUGH they will do ANYTHING to play with water, incuding filling containers with washing up water :eg:
