Hi all

I am not quite home yet but thought I would update you on my situation.

My triplets were born at 31 wks 4days. Initially they needed a little oxygen but a are now breathing fine. I had steriod injections at 25 wks & again at31 wks so they seem to have worked well.

I had been in hospital on bedrest since 25 weeks & had a stich put in my cervix at that time as it had thinned to 1.2 cm. I was on strict bed rest when they realised I also had gestational diabetes as well as collestasis (pregnancy rash) which was effecting my liver & making me itch like you couldn t beleive. In the end I also was showing signs of pre eclampsia & the dr said it was time for the babies to be born before they got sick as my liver was giving me greif.

At the times of their birth their weights were as follows:

Joshua 1.555 kg
Olivia 1.550 kg
Jasmine 1.118 kg

I am staying in hospital for a bit longer until we can sort out the pumping issue ie: & milk comes in. I hope to be home soon & bubs should be home in about 5 weeks time.

Thank you all for your support

Cheers, Lilymurray
