Hi,
I was wondering if anyone has read any books on how to parent / discipline toddler twins? A friend of mine who has 13 month old boy/girl twins asked me and since I don't know of any I thought I would ask here. She has read Toddler Taming but said it doesn't really deal with the issues relating to twins.
Any ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Take care,
Mel

I've not seen a book devoted to toddler multiples, but if amyone does find one, I would definately buy it.
Hey everyone, perhaps we could write one ourselves! (you know, in our spare time, when we're not dealing with tantrums x 2 (or 3), toilet-training x 2 (or 3) ;p )

Mmm I'd love one too

Maybe I could write one LOL (not on how to deal with the behaviour but the things they can do!).
Mine seem to do a lot more things that my friends with singletons don't. They don't seem to have the issues we have regarding behaviour & the whole twin thing.

Yes! I have a book called 'Raising Twins' by E. Pearlman and J. Ganon.
It is a worthwhile book.
Just to give you an idea, some of the chapters are called,
* Twin Development
* Twins Interacting
* The Balancing Act
* Being the Parent of Twins
* Schooldays
* Teenage Twins
I got it an Angus & Robertson. It was $32.95

My wife and I also bought the book "Raising Twins" by Pearlman & Ganon as well as "Ready or not here we come" by Elizabeth Lyons. If you check out the Amazon website at amazon.com, you can search for books on raising twins using the keyword twins. We've bought several great books from Amazon. I can also highly recommend "Super Baby Food" by Ruth Yaron.
