Hi all,
THANKYOU all so much for your kind thoughts. You are all LEGENDS!!!

Just popped into the office to get a few things done between feeds!!

Ky was induced on Thurs night @10pm as the Ob didn't want her to go any longer. Ky woke at 4am fri morning as her waters broke and was 3cm dialated. Had nice steady contractions until 5am wher she was 5 - 6 cm. Contractions were getting very strong by 6am and she was ready to go!!! OB, anaethetist and paed were called in as a matter of urgency and an epi was put in at about 6:45. This had fully kicked in by 7:25 so Ky was now ready for take-off!!
bayden came out head first with some help of suction at 7:30, whereupon Sienna decided to turn breech. Ob grabbed her by the feet and with a little manipulation, Sieena followed some 4 minutes later. Sienna was a little blue and needed a little help to take her first breath.
Due to the fact they are little small, they were admitted to special care and are being fed via a tube in their noses and also attempting breastfeeding. They had blood tests yesterday as they had a bit of jaundice so they are spending the next few days in phototherapy (which they do not like). They are doing very well and have already developed their own little personalities.
Kys milk seems to be coming in today and she is doing great. She actually mentioned yesterday that all this has made her want more kiddies!!! I tried to say to her in the nicest way "we have no idea what we are in for yet, get all the rest you can whilst they are in special care!!)

Anyway, have got to go. Sorry for any typos.

I gave birth to boy/girl twins last month and couldn’t believe the coincidence when I read your birth announcement.I had a natural delivery also and my little girl who is also named Sienna also followed her brother (Tait)into the world and arrived 4 minutes after him!

Hello everyone,

Still on cloud nine and enjoying every minute of it. bayden and Sienna still in special care but going strong!! Slowly reducing the tube feeds and encouraging more breast feeds. Once they are on total breast feeds they will let tem come home. Come on little ones!!!!
Her are some pics. I don't seem to have any with them together as they have been seperated a fair bit. I hope these are not too. Thanks again for all your kind thoughts.
