I'm after suggestions of music that your kids love and you can listen to as well.
I have a 4 month old and a 3 and a half year old. The older one has discovered Elton John - loves Rocket Man and I'm looking for other suggestions.
I discovered Elizabeth Mitchell too this week and have downloaded some of her stuff which the baby seems to be enjoying.
Can you share your favourites with me please?

I don't mind 'Kid Cudi' and 'Tinie Tempah', but that is because I have a teenager.
Other than that my toddler loves everything from yo gabba gabba and so do I

I forgot about Justine Clarke, I've got 2 of hers I'll have to dig them out - good thinking!
Anymore suggestions in this vein would be appreciated. Seems like there is a gap in the market - pity I can't sing!

They Might Be Giants. They have quite a few albums that were specifically made for kids but are very easy to listen to as an adult. Although, they do have DS convinced that the sun is a mass of incandescent gas, when it's not

Another vote for Justine Clarke here too.
If you like classical music, 2 suggestions:
1) Children's Songs & Lullabies by Michael Silverman - beautiful piano music that is very gentle and relaxing, great bedtime/rest music. The guy can even make "Row, row, row your boat" sound gorgeous!
2) Carnivale of the Animals - a mix of classical music that is interspersed by narrated verses from Jay Lagaia, Georgie Parker and Justine Clarke. It comes in a double CD pack with a disc that has Peter & the wolf and Babar the Elephant, but my 4 yr old loves the Carnivale of the Animals & Sebastian the Fox disc and has done so since she was about 2. It is a lovely collection.
ETA - TMBG also a great suggestion by the PP, my niece and nephews are huge fans. The 4month old might not appreciate them but you and your 3yr old will be bopping away in no time!

I sing that song all the time to my son... but the sun is hot... the sun is not... a place where we could live (those are words I live my life by).
TMBG's are awesome.

Both my kids LOVE and ask for Michael Buble. I'm sure it has nothing to do with how often I play his music
