Hi,

We have just had our 19 week scan - twins are doing well ......
and we have found out we have a low lying placenta covering the cervix.
I understand that some 90% of them 'move' by the time the 28 week scan is done - but the sonographer seemed pretty confident that this one would not be likely to move and that we would not be having a vaginal birth.

In my searches on the internet I haven't found any people with twin pgs talking about it to compare.

I'm interested to hear of anyone here who may have had/ or has it - and what the outcomes were.
Is there more of a risk of complications due to it also being a twin pg?
So far we have not had any bleeding or spotting at all.
Will be seeing OB tomorrow to discuss.
Any info would be great.
