Hi, my hairdresser who's cut my hair for the last 13 or so years when not on maternity leave seems to have stopped working for a while. I'm looking for a decent hairdresser in Tuggeranong who isn't too trendy or pricey, but who is a cut (heh) above Super cuts or Justcuts .
Thanks.

I asked the same question because I moved to Canberra only last year and was still going to Sydney to get my hair done!

I was recommended the hairdresser in Chisholm shops, but I haven't had a chance to get my hair done there yet, so can't tell you my personal experience with them!

Try the one at gowrie shops with louise cant think of what its called, its the only place I go.

I like all of the girls at Erindale Hair Centre. Always been happy with them and they are quite reasonably priced. I can get a cut, wash and blowdry as well as five free foils for about $60.

I'll try Erindale I think, then I can get Zamberos for lunch and try my daughter on their delish burritos in a bowl with rice and corn salsa and...mmm... biggrin.gif
Thanks for the replies!

Erindale Hair Centre s great. It's been there for a good 20 years or more and I have not been unhappy yet. I last saw Julia and I really loved the way she cut my hair. I asked for easy to manage, no product (hairspray maybe) and just quick and she managed that as well as an option for a completely different look I could use when going out or just wanted something more different.

But all the girls there have been good.

I need to get a decent cut that I can do that doesn't need a hair-dryer (so I can get ready when the baby's asleep) which is reasonably wash and wear. oh plus she LOVES to pull my hair so I need to go shorter lol. Banks was suggested but it looks tiny and poky and not pram friendly from the outside at least.
Thanks again for the replies, I'll ring Erindale tomorrow!

Erindale is also open until 9pm Thursday and Friday nights - A bonus original.gif
