hello,
just wondering if there any fun, creative vacation care out there for a 6 year old.
any art or dancing, even cooking classes?
thanks

The Kids Pantry in Garran is doing vacation care, it is not cheap but you can choose all day or just part of the day. www.kidspantry.com.au

mpowerdone is also doing vacation care and is a mix of sport/dance/art. www.mpowerdome.com.au

I suppose it depends if you are south or north.

Woden Valley Gymnastics have full or half day sessions. http://www.wodenvalley.net

have a look at the holiday happenings book (you should get it from school or google and ask them to send you out a copy)

my kids do a YMCA program and love it

DD'd favourites are Aeonclave art program at Yarralumla and Zoocation. Both are listed in Holiday Happenings.

She has done Woden Valley gymnastics and likes it but the sessions are only 1.5-2h so more of a holiday activity and not much use if you are working a full day. There is just enough time to nick up to Coolo for a coffee.
