On Monday night Today Tonight has a story on a family who are about to have their second set of quads in 14 months.

Looks like it will be very interesting! I am trying to work out how it has happened. Either she regularly produces 4 eggs in a cycle or she is on too high of a dose of Fertility Drugs (Just my opinion there!)

I suppose being blessed 8 times must be pretty special (I think it may be 9 as there looks to be an older child) and on the ad. they say 'We are just very lucky'.

Also on the news the other night someone had quads that were identical. The mother had to put special things on there ankles to tell them all apart. It is meant to be very rare with only about 50 known cases of identical quads.

This story appeared in our local paper on the weekend (Hobart Mercury) and it said that the couple are using a sperm donor, it doesn't mention any fertility drugs for the mum, but my guess is she would, to increase her chance of conception with the donor sperm????? Either that or she is incredibly fertile!!!! I think the same donor has fathered all their children.

400+ nappies a week OMG...mmmmm I wonder if she is using cloth!!!!!ROFLMAO You would need to mortgage your house just for the nappies. That is just mind blowing!

I also wonder if the second quad pg would be even higher risk given that her body would hardly have time to recover from the last one. It must put an incredible strain on the organs?????

I just can't get my head around this cool.gifo:

Hats off to her for her positive attitude but if that was me I think I'd be planning to run away (without the kids!). All kids are blessings but there can be too much of a good thing LOL.
