Hay there... Well i had the clinic nurse come today,
Kobin is now weighing in at 6lb's.6oz's & Jarrod is now 7lb's.15oz's they have both gained 400g in the last week. original.gif She is really happy with Korbin's weight gain. original.gif
But the poor little bugger has a case of thrush on his mouth, apprently anti-biotics can do that. Anyone else have/had this problem?

Hi Jennifer.

Congratulations on the great weight gains original.gif

Both my boys had thrush in the mouth a lttle while ago. I also had it on my breasts sad.gif

They were treated with Daktarin gel and it cleared up within a couple of days.

Take care

Thanks for the advice ladies .. original.gif The clinic nurse also told me to use Daktarin. I am not breast feeding so thats a little help. I was told to put the gel on dummies, teats and just generally in his mouth, was also told to use canasten cream on his bottom because apprently with boys it comes through in their poo..

Is this how you administed the gel?

Nee
Jennifer, I just used the spoon thing that came with the gel. Was very messy, but it did the job. original.gif
