Hi Everyone,

Can anyone tell me if I am imagining things? I am sure I can feel Heckle and Jeckle moving already, but i am only 14 and a half weeks.

DH tells me it's my imagination (he can't feel a thing!) but I am sure I can feel fluttery movements. Is it too early?

Ultrasounds indicated that they're fairly long - maybe they are lying head to toe and kicking outwards!

Cheers,

Kate

Hi Kate!

you have described perfectly the first movements - congratulations !!!! original.gif a fluttery feeling is definitley what it feels like - in my first pg I felt that sensation first when I was about 12 weeks & then didn't feel it for a w& started to feel again more definite movements at around 20 weeks. Dh probably won't be able to feel externally until you are 20 weeks plus.
It's such a fantastic yet strange feeling isn't it ??!! They are probably having a grand old time swimming about & enjoying the freedom while they can original.gif
Enjoy!!

cheers original.gif

Hi Kate
How exciting for you! I felt the boys first movements about 16 weeks so its definately them! I reckon kind of felt like butterflys! Like Jane said it is later that DH can feel them but when that does happen as soon as you say "they're moving" DH comes over and they stop!

Enjoy them being gentle!

Thanks Girls! I am pretty sure I just felt their first day time movements too - normally only feel it when i am in bed at night.

It's so exciting! Poor ol' Adrian will just have to wait a while to feel it, though he does love to cop a feel of the bump just to check!

I know, i should be shoosh as i will no doubt be tired of it soon enough (when they're booting my kidneys around etc) but it is just so amazing :-)

Thanks again!

Kate :-)
