I've always loved Elisabeth Rose for a girl but since Rose is so popular I don't really want to use it anymore.
I really don't have any other ideas for middle names that I love as much

so looking for suggestions. So, any suggestions?

I wouldn't be that concerned about the popularity of a MN if you love the combo so much.
Anyway, ideas:
Elisabeth Jean
Elisabeth June
Elisabeth Fern
Elisabeth Joy
Elisabeth Dawn
Elisabeth Blanche
Elisabeth Pearl
Elisabeth Clare/Claire
Elisabeth Eve
Elisabeth Hope

For some reason the first thing that came to my mind was:
Elisabeth Susan
... but you could consider May/Mae as PPs suggested, Kate, Lily, Jane (as per PP) or Helen... kind of depends on how many syllables in the surname how many you might want in the middle name.

If you love Elisabeth Rose I think you should use it...when she is older no one will care that Rose was a popular name back in 2011. When I grew up the middle name to have was Marie/Maree and I still really like how it sounds with many given names.
But if the popularity really concerns you, here are some ideas, the first sticking with the Rose theme and the others just one syllable as is Rose:
Elisabeth Rosalie
Elisabeth Jade
Elisabeth Kate
Elisabeth Joy
Elisabeth Anne
Elisabeth Pearl
Elisabeth Meg
Elisabeth Lee
Elisabeth Jane
Elisabeth Claire
Elisabeth Fleur
Elisabeth Marie (couldn't resist!)

I have an Elizabeth Grace....
Grace is one of the most popular middle names at the moment, but it goes so well I had to do it :-)
Oh, and the other option was Elizabeth Rose !

We have Elizabeth Lauren

My name is Lauren Elizabeth!
OP I LOVE Elizabeth Rose. If we have a girl her name will be Rose Elizabeth, only because our surname sort of rhymes with Elizabeth (otherwise it would be Elizabeth Rose which I think is classic and beautiful).

I think of all the names that have been put forward Elisabeth Rose is still by far the prettiest, and if you love it you should use it.
I have an Abigail Rose...Rose being the Flower of England where she was concieved, I don't care if it's super popular (was actually worse when she was born in 1998 due to the Titanic movie. It suits her perfectly and has meaning to us. If you love the name use it.

Thanks ladies

greatly appreciated.
I love the suggestion of Elisabeth Pearl, but am stoked so many think Rose is still ok - I've loved that combo since I was about 10 so it's a long held dream... The surname is a single syllable starting with B and quite a strong "ay" sound so trying to get it all to flow is fun. It's lovely to see there's a few Elisabeths out there too but it doesn't seem hugely popular which is important to me.
I have 19 weeks to convince DP!
