I like the name Tahlia. I prefer Danica to Annika, but Annika is still lovely. If I had to choose though I'd pick Annika over Tahlia (but Danica over Annika!)
I prefer Annika over Tahlia, but it's still a pretty name & think it goes well with you're other children's name.
Could you make it Natalia by any chance?

I prefer Tahlia Jane as opposed to Annika Jane. They are both really pretty name though.

I much, much prefer Annika but it's definitely too similar to Breanna for siblings so although I'm not too big a fan of Tahlia, I would definitely go with it over Annika. I think Tahlia fits in much better with the style of both your daughter's names too.
I LOVE Tahlia it'a my DD's name.
I would stay clear of another ending in an A sound.
