I'm having a C-section soon.
Our surname is Payne. Our 2 year old son is Flynn.
I have a name chosen for a Boy but cannot decide on a girls. I have middle names chosen too.
I like names that are not too common but I don't want the poor child to have to spell it's name out to everyone all the time.
Our general NO list consists of:
Max Payne
Phil Payne
Mia Payne
Isa Payne (Isabella)
Sham Payne (yes it's in the baby books)
Cam Payne
Iva Payne
Handel Payne
Noah Payne
Ariel Payne (A real Pain)
& anything with initial O or A
Obviously some of these I'd never consider but just thought I'd throw them all in there

My friend has the same surname as you and her children are named Joshua and Alana. I assume you don't want A as an initial beacuse of the A. Payne connotation but I wouldn't have even thought of that until now.
I love the names on Blondiebears list, and Hannah is also a good choice

Some great suggestions everyone. Some are already on our list but DH & I cannot agree.
Zoe was the top of my list even for when Flynn was born, but just in January a friend in my Mother's Group had a girl & named her Zoe Grace. Our mother's group meet up every week so it would be weird if I used it, plus now that someone else has taken it, it doesn't have the same ring to it.
The has also happened with the name Ruby in my mother's group, but now Ruby is too common & so is Grace actually!
Fifi You have chosen 5 names that are on our list!
I won't name them as some of my friends are on EB & we don't like announcing names before the bub is here.
In the end I may not need a Girls name anyway!

I've got 2 friends, they are siblings (boy and girl) and both their names begin with A. Payne, I have never made the link until now too!

I am blown away with how much effort people are putting into this for me
There are some great suggestions thankyou
My Grandma's name is Mavis & my Mum's name is Elaine so I liked Madeleine but was concerned about it being shortened to Mad Payne.
I have always been aware of the initial A. Payne or O. Payne & when we got engaged I shed a tear over being called Penny Payne

I really like Piper or Paige but don't think the PP flows well as my name shows.
There is a NRL Referee called Shayne Hayne... maybe you could have a Jayne Payne?
