Evening all... Well we had our 29wk u/s and Ob appointment today.. Both babies are doing exceptionaly well. Both weighing in at 3pound, All other measurements are on track. We had a 3d scan done whilst we where there. It was totally wicked seeing them, it was put onto video tape and we where given lots of little 3d pictures to send to nanna's.

After u/s then went onto my Ob which does the routine things... still no weight gain here my fundas is measuring at full term thou. Ob said that i could go between now and my approx scheduled induction date. I don't want to go to early.. Babies are now lying in a head to toe position (transverse) Also my GTT test came back perfect. So all in all babies and me are doing great. D.H was over the moon to see his boys in 3d.. And my two neices aged 3 and 4.5 seem to think everytime i go to the Dr's i'll be bringing the babies home... *LOL* (Its so cute) Next Ob/Gyno appointments are in 2 and 3 weeks time..

I'm glad things are going well. We are pretty much doing all the same things. Having two boys, who all weigh 3lbs at their 29 week u/s! I notice that you've got an induction date, have you chosen an elective c-section or is there some other reason that you're being induced? My GCT came back all good also and am now down to appts every two weeks! It's getting so close now, I can't wait to hold my boys.
It's going to be nice to have my body back to me also, my back is killing me today. I have added a picture of my tummy taken today, you should post one so we can compare sizes since we're only a week apart.

Hello Jennifer , Thanks for posting on the forum that all is ok with you & the twins . I have not asked you but do you know what sex the babies are ?? Is there no chance that you may delivery naturally ?? All is well here , I have had the cold & it seems to be hanging around . I am 31 weeks today & all is good apart from this cold . I have to see the ob on Friday . I also have an ultrasound on the 1/4th . Hope to hear from you soon , Michelle ( mumtomany )

MelB ~ Hi there you have a great belly pic you are a little bigger than i am. I have a few photos left in my camera so i'll try to use them up and post one soon. We have chose to have an elective-c at this stage as they are both in a transverse position, and i am also not keen on delivering breech. But things could change at anytime. Hope you are keeping well and look forward in hearing about your progress.

Mumtomany ~ Oh i hope you are feeling better soon. Nothing worse than feeling like cr*p. And yes we do know the sexs of our babies... Both boys .. I have two girls already so as D.H says he is going to have some male support on his side finally. *LOL*

Nee ~ Thanks for your well wishs.. Baby shower went extremely well, with lots of like goodies given to us. With the weight gain i have no idea, but the Dr said because i am a medium sized built person the weight gain should be down to a minimum. Who knows.. less to lose afterwards thou *LOL*

So cute about your neices thinking you'l bringt hat babies home after each appointment. I was teaching preschoolers when I had my girls and towards the end I would come back to work after a morning off at the OB's one of my kids would always ask me... 'but why are you still fat I thought we were having these babies?' He was a bit impatient to have them out I think!

It always feels a bit odd to me to hear about everyone's 29/30 week appointments as that's when I had my girls. I secretly get so excited for you all that you have made it so far and are doing so well. So despite the fact that I am sure you are tired and probably uncomfortable please remember that you are doing such a great job of growing your gorgeous babies!

Rest up and take care of yourself oh and I hope you had a great baby shower!
