I am STILL trying to come up with a name and have narrowed it down to 4 possibilities. Tell me what you think...

Annabelle Rose
Tilly Rose
Milly Rose
or Molly Rose

I think Annabelle Rose is beautiful, reminds me of a doll!

The others are also lovely but perhaps a bit more cutesy - Tilly and Milly I think of as nicknames to Matilda or Amelia/Emily. Molly is really nice but I find it hard picturing it on a woman. Also I know a dog called Molly so it sort of reminds me of her!

But I think they are all really nice so whatever you choose will be lovely

Annabelle Rose- gorgeous, this spelling of Annabelle is so lovely

Tilly Rose- cute, but I only really like Tilly as a nickname to Matilda

Milly Rose - cute again but I find Milly very nicknamey as well but I don't think it's the best nickname for most of the names people usually use it as a nickname for or

Molly Rose- ok, but Molly really does nothing for me



Annabelle Rose is definitely my pick from the list as it is.

Annabel Rose - this spelling.

I prefer Molly Rose. I do like Annabelle Rose, but I think both names are extremely popular. Hypocritical of me I guess given I have two children with top 20 names, but I just prefer Molly that little bit more than Annabelle.

I like Annabelle Rose most from your list although I do use Milly Rose for my DD's NN

Like other pp have said Milly and Tilly are really just nicknames.

I'm so over Rose as a middle name that it puts me off all the combos. I love Annabel like this but not too excited about any of your list as is.

Thanks everyone, Annabelle and Molly are my favourites too so we will just have to see what she looks like and decide then.

Rose is my late MIL's name so I really want to use that as her middle name to honour her, I love Rose but can't use it as a first name as my Neice's name is Lily Rose and it is too close.

I'm just wondering, if you're worried about Rose as a first name being too close to your niece's name, Lily Rose, than why have you got both Milly and Tilly on your list?

Molly Rose

My first pick would be Molly followed by Annabelle. My DD's middle name is Molly (named after my late Nan) but now I wished I had kept it to use for a first name if we have another DD.

As for Milly & Tilly, they are both lovely nicknames but I would be more inclined to use the names Amelia or Matilda on the birth certificate & then use the other names as a nickname. That way your daughter can choose to go with the full name when they are older if they feel Milly or Tilly is too cutesy.
